I don't know if you've listed it already and I don't know what it's called but at the 6 minute mark it's the piece they used in the film with "your Timmy" when he has his it's a wonderful life moment in The Hudsucker Proxy.

ReplyDeleteI've been working on and off tracking down the references in this piece. I've got about 70 so far including a handful of pieces which are quoted twice, and I reckon I'm missing 40 or so - I'm not convinced that figure of 152 is quite correct. Quite a few of those 40 are pieces I recognize but can't recall the names of, so I'm fairly sure I've got the number about right. Then again, maybe I've missed some.
ReplyDeleteI would post the list of ones I've got, but I'd prefer to wait until it's a bit more complete. Quite a few of the ones I'm missing are waltzes, so I'm listening to a lot of Strauss and Tchaikovsky at the moment :)
