"So?"

In response to Twilight star and constant sullen-faced teenager Kristin Stewart smoking from a pipe (which may or may not have been marijuana, but, the Media being the Media, took to be marijuana immediately), Nikki Reed is asked for her opinion about those cannabis allegations. Nikki Reed, as you may remember, played that terrible teenager in Catherine Hardwicke's Thirteen. Catherine Hardwicke directed Twilight. Hence the link. (Tenuous, I know).

Anyway -

Emmabung is going to get on her high horse and say Tut tut. I'm really unimpressed with how dismissively Reed has spoken, and how carelessly Stewart has acted. Call me old-fashioned, but I still consider pot a drug, and thus, by smoking it (or giving an appearance of doing so), Stewart is setting a really bad example to all the young girls who have watched her in Twilight and connected with the shy, gawky girl that ends up getting the school hottie and want to aspire to be like her. I mean, yes, you could say that any teenager that is stupid enough to smoke pot because an actress they like smokes it deserves to become a pothead, but bah, it just annoys me.
Also, allow me to snigger unceremoniously at Reed’s incessant namedropping that is like, so gossip girl: she's "BFFs" with Stewart, apparently, and her and Robert Pattinson have a "musical connection". Don't make me laugh.

Bitches, the pair of 'em!

I'm anti-drugs too but it's her choice and she was clearly too out of her box to realise that there was a camera there filming her and her ridiculously cute boyfriend. But it can't be easy for her, the Twi-Hards have been horrible about her, calling her a whore and all sorts of horrible things just because she's playing Bella. She and RPattz hate the books anyway.

*frowns* that's not right. I hate the way marijuana seems such a typical thing tghese days, people smoke it the whole time and thinks it's okay and unharmful. and for such an influential person to be seen supporting this is just not right. and for her to be so flippant about it...u rgh. I don't feel so bad about downloading twilight now though.

"I still consider pot a drug"

Well that's fair enough, because it is a drug. You know, like alcohol. Presumably you also frown upon people taking that drug, right?

Haha, you've got me there! :P

I saw this with my sisters just now... Nikki Reed is one of Edward's vampire sisters.

Oh, I see! Hence, she has actually met Kirsten Stewart and RPrattz!

Still hate her though.

What did you make of Twilight!!

I was bored, but it had its moments. The two leads weren't THAT shit, and the sexual tension between them was well done. Both my sisters loved it. I think you in your current state will too. :p

What do you mean in my current state? *indignant*

I reckon I'll download it.

As a grown person who has been around let me say...marijuana is no more dangerous then alcohol. In fact, drinking is much more deadly and dangerous then marijuana. So, don't drink. It is more addicting and causes liver and kidney damage as well as psychosis.

That being said, pot is still illegal, and that would be the main reason to not do it. One day perhaps, you will be able to aquire legal and government taxed marijuana, organically grown and certified clean!

Nikki Reed is an ass, by the way. I was on a set with her for several weeks and she not only uses people and then back stabs them, but she is a name dropper...pretentious I call it. Beeyotch is another name for it.

Hey Sally Belle! Thanks for the advice... I did drink a bit in my first term of Uni, but, when I go back in January, I'm definitely quitting. Mainly because booze in England isn't cheap, but also because I do silly things when drunk and it's detrimental to my long-term health, like you said. :)

And I'd NEVER do weed. :)

Ugh, Nikki Reed just looks like a bitch. Did you ever just... wanna slap her?

Hmm, what I would say is that one of the most harmful things about smoking marijuana is simply the fact that you"re smoking (and cannabis smoke is worse for you than cigartette smoke). So if you do it a lot get a good bong that filters well, or make brownies and eat it or something . Obviously smoking a little bit won"t hurt you, but smoking a lot of anything will damage your lungs. Maybe brownies would be better for you, because you"re just looking to relax over a long period of time as opposed to getting very stoned for half an hour (for which smoking is better).
