Requiem for a Dream meets My Neighbour Totoro.

My friend introduced me to this genius video and I had to share... basically, it's taken clips from My Neighbour Totoro and set it to the music of "Requiem for a Tower" (which, for those who haven't seen RFAD may recognise as the music they played in Britain's Got Talent whilst a contestant was delivering a sob story), and the music is used to dramatic effect to tell a completely different story using the images. Amazing.

Oh! I knew I recognised the music played in BGT (the other sob story track was from Love Actually, right?), but I couldn't for the life of me remember where the other tune was from... Requiem for a Dream!

This is why I'm friends with you, Emz

Yep, PM's Waltz or PM's Love Tune was the sob story tune... Requiem for a Tower was the "get your adrenaline pumping, I'm about to be shit!" tune.

What do you mean "This is why I'm friends with you"? Not for the dazzling conversation and free pictures of shirtless men, then?

Bung.

By "buy" do you mean download? 'Cos if you're actually gonna spend money on it, don't, I can bung the good tunes up for you. :)
