Emma, I've been reading some of Sean Ingle's columns as I know he's your number three fella (one's Crouch, and two is the man with the funnily spelt first name, right?). And I realised that he's kind of anti-Crouch. In one of performance, he gave Crouch a 4/10 when he gave Lampard 7/10. And I say this as a Chelsea fan, Lampard was shit in that game!

All the Guardian writers are all terribly anti-Crouch, I feel. I love the lad (Scouser here), and he can't seem to do anything right for them, whereas that two-bit Rooney can stamp on other player's bollocks and still be their favourite player. It's ridiculous.
Don't get me wrong, The Guardian is a great newspaper, its Sport section is well-written and informative, but the hate they show Crouch is pathetic. In this sense, Emma knows more about football than they do.
And Emma, I agree, Marina Hyde is shit. No disputing that fact.

Oh, I agree about Wayne Rooney. Most overrated player in the English Premier League. Crouch is better (though who isn't?)
